The aim of the project lied in IT-systems exploitation cost reduction and full-time high availability of business mission critical applications support. Open Technologies provided monitoring, administration and technical support services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including: OS, software and database servers, container platforms, Web-servers, cluster systems, development, backup and recovery tools. Our specialists also provided rapid application deployment and high availability of business mission critical applications. The standardization of the existing servers’ setup was carried up and the infrastructure was prepared for the integration of new services and their reconfiguration for substitute claims. Within the framework of this project it was necessary to instantly support the process continuity of applications’ development, testing and deploy. Our company provided the instant monitoring and the solution of emerging problems. As the result, the customer reduced his expenses on highly experienced IT-resources for dynamic services development and business continuity support.
