The project will feature a complex system of collective security with automatic detection, warning and fast management of various threats to the interest of the Republic and its residents. Besides, the system will become a technological platform for local IT projects.

The main users of Safe Republic representatives of force structures and the Ministry of Emergencies of North Ossetia.

As the general designer of the program, Open Technologies will develop the project and working documentation.

During the project video surveillance cameras will be installed in public sites, institutions of culture, education and health care and other important locations. The main roads will be equipped with systems fixing violations of Traffic Code and the transport of law enforcement authorities and unmounted police duties will be equipped with GLONASS system, which will make them better controlled.

Video information about operational situation at various sites will be supplied to a single center, providing for timely response to any change of the situation in public sites an on the roads. Besides, all localities will have a system of warning Citizen-Police with call buttons on information terminal providing for fast informing about incidents and crimes.
