CEO of “Open Technologies” in accordance with tradition took part in the annual APKIT meeting
2 May 2023 IT-leaders meeting “IT-SUMMIT 2023”, organized by APKIT, took place on the 12th – 14th of April in Nizhniy Novgorod. APKIT is the non-profit Information & Computer Technologies Industry Association, which annually brings together owners and first persons of the Russian and global IT-companies, heads of infrastructural organizations, government entities, which influence business conditions.Oleg Faritovich Gizatullin, CEO of “Open Technologies” – the company-member of APKIT, noted the drastic growth in the number of participants. The main topic remained – import substitution, its current state and the migration from global to Russian solutions. Oleg Faritovich highlighted the speech of Maksut Igorevich Shadaev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media. He raised the topic of electronic calls for conscription into the army, which make the process of validation of benefits and excuse from duty for IT-companies’ personnel easier – by legal means on the Gosuslugi web-portal.
The personnel matter became another cunning question, especially in terms of salary claims of the dedicated experts and their relocation.
The atmosphere of the meeting was optimistic – everybody shared their views on the future, discussed current tasks, IT-market and existing Russian IT-solutions.
